The Morgan Brothers big band is a new and exciting big band full of top young London musicians led by identical twins Huw and Christopher Morgan.

The band play a wonderful mix of instantly recognisable songs from the big band era but with original arrangements of classic 80’s pop to add a bit of a twist.

Huw and Christopher Morgan both based in London are twin saxophonists who began playing after a big band visited their school. Family rivalry soon took over and both brothers were soon practicing hours a day in an attempt to outdo each other which led to both brothers gaining entry in to Music College to study towards a degree at the Birmingham Conservatoire, and most recently scholarships to study towards their masters at Trinity College of Music. Both Huw and Christopher work professionally in London both together and separately and can be heard with many exciting projects both with large and small ensembles.

All members of the band have a great pedigree in big band playing and members of the band have played with, The BBC big band, Syd Lawrence Orchestra, London Jazz Orchestra, Jamie Cullum, NYJO...
